Digital Passaporto

Each month when you order from a Festa Regionale menu, your server will provide a code to ‘stamp’ your digital Passaporto and you’ll receive a special gift. Collect all six virtual stamps to receive a $20 Complimenti Card and a chance to win a trip for two to Italy!

Once you have all 6 regions stamped, click ‘Enter to Win a Trip to Italy’ and complete the submission form.

How do Il Fornaio Rewards work?

Scan the barcode on your receipt every time you dine at any Il Fornaio location to journey towards filling the map of Italy. Fill the map & earn rewards! A maximum of $500 can be scanned per day. Receipt barcodes must be scanned within 48 hours of the transaction.

How do I know how many rewards I have?

Tap the “View Rewards” button on the home page. There you will see a screen with a map of Italy. When the map is full and a reward has been earned, the “Available Rewards” button will become active and you will be able to click on it to view the reward. To see your history, select the “View Activity” button for more information.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Tap VIEW REWARDS on the Home page. Underneath the map of Italy, tap AVAILABLE REWARDS to view your rewards. On an upcoming visit, be sure to order your reward item! When ready for your check, select the reward from Available Rewards and click ‘Redeem Now’. Present the unique 9-digit code to your server. Rewards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another guest. Rewards expire 45 days after issuance. No substitutions.

Why is my bar code scanning as invalid or expired?

Bar codes expire 48 hours from date of issue. If you didn’t have a chance to scan the code in this time frame, please email a photo of your receipt including the restaurant location and your subtotal to [email protected].

Where can I see the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy?

You can view the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by going to the Sign Up or Log In page. Once there, you will see that the words “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy” lead to their corresponding external links.

How does Festa Regionale work?

Once you have finished dining from the Festa Regionale menu, ask your server for a unique code to enter into your Passaporto. Tap on the featured region and enter the code. Your Passaporto will receive a virtual stamp.

Is Festa Regionale available in all locations?

Festa Regionale is celebrated each month at all Il Fornaio restaurants except Seattle and Las Vegas. Festa Regionale is not available at our Canaletto restaurants.
