We’re so thankful to have so many loyal guests and we can’t wait to introduce our new ‘Il Fornaio Famiglia’ rewards program on July 1!

We introduced our App just 3 years ago and, in 3 short years, the digital and social media world we live in has changed dramatically! We’re excited to continue to evolve and transform how we share our Authentic Italian food, service, culture and hospitality with our valued guests. As part of this evolution, our current App focusing on “Points Earned for Dollars Spent” was discontinued December 31, 2017.  We are very excited to be working with our App company to develop our new “Il Fornaio Famiglia” rewards program!

We chose to launch our new program on July 1 in order to honor our valued and loyal App users who have existing points within the system. Unfortunately, our App company is not able to run concurrent programs, so in order to give you a chance to redeem the points that you have accumulated through December 31, 2017, we will continue to make your points available through June 30, 2018.  From now until June 30, you’ll receive monthly emails reminding you to utilize all of your points by June 30th, at which time your current App points will be eliminated in order for us to launch the new “Il Fornaio Famiglia” program on July 1st.

We encourage you to continue to scan the barcode on your check at the end of your meal. Though you won’t receive credit immediately, these visits will be ‘held’ in your account and credited to the new rewards program!
