As the year comes to an end, we’re bringing back some of our favorite Festa Regionale dishes and wines from 2017! Our Best of Festa menu is a selection of food and wines that represent the diverse regions of Italy.
Some of the menu highlights include:
Erbazzone (puff pastry filled with organic spinach, leeks, dandelion greens, Swiss chard, Grana Padano and ricotta; served with Vallutata sauce).
Risotto Amalfi (carnaroli rice with shrimp, mussels, clams, calamari, roasted red & yellow bell peppers, garlic & brandy).
Petto di Pollo al Peperoncino (grilled free-range chicken breast marinated with sage, rosemary, thyme, crushed red pepper, white wine, Dijon mustard & lemon; served with spicy peperoncino sauce, sautéed spinach and roasted Yukon Gold potatoes).
