New to the menu are six varieties of Sustain-a-Bowls, which combine healthful, all-natural ingredients like cauliflower rice and sauces prepared in-house with substantial flavor.
Organic artisan beverages were offered, including varieties such as Hibiscus Bloom, Vintage Lemonade, and Sri Lankan Black Tea, created fresh daily in tiny amounts. Zoup! Eatery has a dining experience that works well for customers since they focus on giving high-quality, unique menu choices.

Eric Ersher established Zoup! in 1998 in Michigan. We thought “Zoup!” would be far more appealing than “Soup.” Zoup! was founded by attorney Ersher, previously the proprietor of Michigan Foods, a company that made pre-mixes, soups, and bespoke spice blends for fast food chains.
