From its humble beginnings in Montreal, the business has expanded to locations in six other nations. eggspectation has been successfully catering to customers worldwide for 30 years. The concept was born in Montreal in 1993, inspired by a desire to create novel culinary experiences. The United States, Egypt, Pakistan, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates have all joined since then.
