Noodle Box uses the traditional fire-based wok cooking method that dates back over 2,000 years. The high temperature cooks food quickly and improves its overall nutritional content. The Restaurants have an open kitchen so diners can see the Fire and feel the excitement and care that goes into preparing the dish.

Noodle Box began in 2001 as a humble food cart in Chinatown, Victoria, British Columbia. With a novel take on Asian street food cooked in woks that grew so popular that customers stood in the pouring rain for hours to get their fill. We’ve been at it for over 20 years, have 45 sites all over Canada, and are fast growing to meet the demand for our Real Food, Made Fresh, With Fire.
