Impact Kitchen History
Former personal trainer and nutrition specialist Josh Broun and Frank Toskan founded Impact Kitchen in 2015. Through their many years of working together, during which Josh served as Frank’s trainer, the two developed a deep friendship and mutual admiration for each other. Throughout their meetings, they began to wonder what it would be like if there was a location that made it simple and convenient to adopt a better lifestyle.
So they made a spot where people could dine, knowing the options would help them achieve their goals. They maintain tight relationships with their farmers and suppliers to guarantee the finest quality of their fresh, local, organic foods.
