Vancouver’s New Fuji is a Japanese restaurant serving authentic Japanese food such as nigiri sushi, sashimi, udon noodles, and Robata, the traditional Japanese grill. Favorites like Ebi Mayo, Corn Kakiage, and more can all be found at New Fuji on their excellent tapas-style menu. But the Robata grill is what really sets New Fuji apart.
There is nothing else in Vancouver quite like New Fuji’s retro-inspired décor. Their enormous bar wall featuring turquoise blue squares and action figures stands out from the crowd.
