The Lone Star Texas Grill is a restaurant inspired by Texas and has been providing some of the best fajitas in Canada for over 35 years. Feast on mouthwatering fajitas, steaks, ribs, burgers, Tex-Mex, and more grilled over a wood fire. All of the guacamole, queso, salsa, pico de gallo, rice, beans, and more than 25 distinctive sauces and seasonings are created from scratch in the restaurant.
They cook with traditional methods, using original recipes and fresh ingredients. They also bring in wood from the southern United States for our wood-fired grill and bake their tortillas to order in an oven custom-made in San Antonio. Both of these processes are done in an oven.

Lone Star History
It was in the year 1986 in Ottawa when two Texan football players found themselves in the nation’s capital. It was the beginning of everything. They loved Ottawa, but they missed one thing from back home in Texas: the delicious Texan food. They then decided to take matters into their own hands and established the first Lone Star.
Lone Star is renowned for its Chips & Salsa, BBQ Ribs, and the greatest Fajitas in the country, trademarking Mesquite grilled steaks, not to mention the famous Lone Star Margarita. They are also credited with bringing Fajitas to Canada. In addition, they are known for their famous Lone Star Margarita.
