Ingredients:
- Yogurt 3 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste 1&1/2 tbs
- Tikka masala 2&1/2 tbs
- Capsicum (cut in cubes) 1/2 Cup
- Cauliflower 1 Cup
- Carrot (cut in cubes) 1/2Cup
- Potato (cut in cubes) 1 Cup
- Peas 1/2 Cup
- Corn (boiled) 1/4Cup
- Green beans 1/2 Cup
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Charcoal (for smoke)
- Tomatoes 4 large
- Water 1/4 Cup
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Red chilli (crushed) 1/2 tsp
- Coriander seeds (crushed) 1/2 tbs
- Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
- Dried fenugreek leaves 1/2 tbs
- Green chilies 2-3
- Ginger
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala, water and whisk well.
Add capsicum, cauliflower, carrot, potato, peas, corn kernels, green beans, mix well with the above made yogurt mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a wok, add cooking oil, marinated vegetables and mix well.
Add water, mix well and bring it to boil, cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes & set aside.
In another wok, add tomatoes, water and bring it to boil, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes then remove skin and mash well.
Add cooking oil, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add Red Chili Powder, coriander seeds, salt, red chili powder, mix well and cook on high flame until oil separates.
Now add cooked vegetables and mix well.
Add dried fenugreek leaves, green chilies and ginger, cover and let it simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes & serve!
