Ingredients:
- Six to eight eggs,
- Half a cup of mayonnaise,
- Salt to taste,
- Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper,
- One teaspoon of parsley,
- Cooking oil as needed.
Recipe:
This dish is usually made with boiled eggs. But this time we try to make it with poached eggs. To make it;
- Take small aluminum bowls and put a drop of cooking oil in each Bowl and sprinkle a pinch of salt on it.
- Place the bowls in the Frying Pan and each add one egg white to the bowl.
- Carefully add water (do not go into the bowl) to the frying pan and cover it with a glass lid and keep it on medium heat.
- In three to four minutes the whites will be fully cooked,
- Remove them from the stove and drain the water.
- And when it cools completely, cut the bowls and take out the egg whites.
- Pour one to two tablespoons of cooking oil into the frying pan and add the egg yolks to it and whisk quickly on medium heat.
- After cooking for a minute, remove from the stove, beat the yolks with an electric beater and add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
- Your dish is ready.
