Saji Rice:

Saji Rice



Saji Ingredients: 

  • One piece of chicken, 
  • 1/2 cup of vinegar, 
  • 1/2 cup of chaat masala, 
  • Two teaspoons of cumin, 
  • One teaspoon of salt, 
  • Two teaspoons of ginger garlic paste, 
  • One teaspoon of ground red pepper, 
  • One teaspoon of black pepper, 
  • Oil four tablespoons 

  1. (Ingredients for making rice);

  • Boiled rice three cups, 
  • Crushed black pepper, 
  • One teaspoon salt, 
  • Fried potatoes 1/2 kg, 
  • Green onion one cup
  • Green chilies, 
  • Chopped Fennel two teaspoons, 
  • Badian flowers 1/2 teaspoon, 
  • Fried onion one cup, 
  • Milk one cup, 
  • Mixed dry fruit one cup.

Recipe: 

  • Apply vinegar, chaat masala, cumin, salt, ginger-garlic paste, ground red chillies, black pepper and oil on the cooked chicken and leave it for an hour. 
  • When they are cooked well, take them out, then add boiled rice, chopped black pepper, salt, green onion, green chillies, chopped fennel and bayan flowers in the same pan and mix well. 
  • Now place the chicken on it. 
  • Add milk and fried onions on top and keep it for fifteen minutes. 
  • Finally, take it out in a dish and add fried potatoes and mixed dry fruits on top and serve.
