Ingredients Required

Paneer

Corn Flour

Chopped Garlic

Soy Sauce

Tamarind Sauce

Red Chilli Powder

White Sesame Seeds

Spring Onion

Preparation Method

* Add paneer to a bowl and add corn flour and coat well.

* Add oil to a pan and fry coated paneer ,till brown.

* Again add oil ,chopped garlic and fry well.

* Add soya sauce,tamrind sauce and red chilli powder and mix well.

* Now add fried paneer and mix with sauce.( can add salt if required.)

* Finally add some sesame seeds and spring onion and mix well.

* Paneer tamarind bite is ready to be served hot.
