Preparation Method
* To a kadai add oil, cumin and red chilli and fry well.
* Then add chopped onion and fry till brown
* Add ginger garlic paste and fry
* Now add all the spices and mix well.
* Add chopped tomatoes and fry.
* Now add chopped palak and fry till it becomes soft.
* Add chopped and boiled aloo ,salt, sugar.mix well to combine.
* Aloo palak is now ready to serve with chapati and roti.
