Ingredients:-

Paneer

Hung curd cup

Fresh cream 1/2 cup

Ginger garlic paste 1/2 spoon

Pepper powder 1spoon

Oregano 1/2 spoon

Cornflour 1spoon

Kasurimethi 1spn

Salt as per taste 

Method:-

* To a bowl add Hung curd,fresh cream,ginger garlic paste, Pepper powder,oregano,cornflour,salt and kasurimethi and mix well.

* Now add paneer cubes to the bowl and coat well.

* Ferment for 1/2 and hour

* To a pan /tawa add oil and place coated paneer cubes on tawa.

* Roast on both sides till brown. 

* Malai paneer is now ready to serve with green chutney and sauce.
