Livestock Restaurant History
It wasn’t until 2013 that the public could enter Livestock Restaurant and Bar. The Uy family owns and operates the restaurant as a natural extension of their hog-raising enterprise, which began in 1977. So the moniker “Livestock”—pork—they serve is derived from their cattle.
Both partners, Ching and Kristoffer Myles Uy, are alums of the CCA and are responsible for its creation.
In the expansive Jardin de Zenaida Complex on Sgt., Esguerra Avenue in Quezon City is Livestock Restaurant and Bar. The complex has several shops and parking, some reserved for Livestock customers. She will adore Livestock, so have your automobile with you.
