Tres Filipino Twists History
The late famous Chef Ed Quimson was the primary chef behind the gourmet meals served at Tres, a family-owned Filipino restaurant established by Julie Evangelista and three other chefs.
Established in 2010 with a Spanish-Filipino fusion concept, it underwent a rebranding on December 25, 2022, with an emphasis on serving authentic Filipino cuisine innovatively and originally.
