Sizzlin’ Steak History
The Max’s Group owns and operates the cheap steak restaurant Sizzlin’ Steak, which fills the air with the irresistible scent of meat sizzling on cast-iron griddles. This chain restaurant in Metro Manila offers a reasonable alternative to the city’s more expensive fine dining establishments.
In 2007, the owners of Sizzlin’ Steak saw a need in the Philippines for a restaurant that offered Filipinos a taste of Japanese steak at a reasonable price. In 2016, the company returned to this posture and reintroduced it as a sleek, minimalist, Western-style butcher shop–inspired steakhouse.
