Enbu, located in Okada Manila’s Crystal Corridor, features an expansive menu of traditional Japanese fare, excellent sake and wine pairings, and a breathtaking panorama of The Fountain. Guests are treated to a vibrant and delectable experience enhanced by the spectacle of flickering flames and exciting entertainment.
The new dishes on the Enbu menu are a mashup of old standards and fan-favorite Japanese fare. Light and refreshing salads like the calamari salad, cheese tempura, and a variety of sushi, sashimi, and Maki are just some of the additional appetizers available. The menu has expanded to include ramen. Hot bowls of shoga-shoyu, miso, or stamina ramen await you, each made with freshly made noodles and high-quality ingredients.
Enbu restaurant’s chic and welcoming robata counters are at the heart of Enbu’s main dining room. The chef and his staff invite diners to sit down and watch as they use authentic Japanese cooking methods, such as low and slow grilling of the freshest local meats and vegetables over charcoal, to create deliciously charred and flavorful dishes with a hint of smokiness.
