Kanin Club is known for its Crispy Liempo, Crispy Dinuguan, Crispy Pata, Crispy Pork Binagoongan, Crispy Pata, Lemon Chicken, Bistek Pinoy, Adobo Combo, Calderetang Nueva, and Crispy Pork Binagoongan. You don’t have to be a fan of Kanin to enjoy the Filipino comfort food served at Kanin Club. Filipino sweets like Suman and Mango and Turon KC Ala Monde are delicious ways to round out a meal.
The restaurant’s design is a nod to the cultural traditions that introduce Filipinos to these dishes. The capiz shell windows, wooden furniture, and 1940s music give it an atmosphere, unlike your Filipino grandparents’ country home. Kanin Club’s Crispy Dinuguan is the restaurant’s signature dish. Ilocano cuisine is known for using bagnet, or deep-fried crispy pork belly, which is cooked in pig’s blood.

Kanin Club History
The foundation for modern Filipino fine dining was laid in 2005 when Tony and Mariela Luna Cancio and their friends Anthony and Emely Mendoza opened Kanin Club. The name originates from the fact that rice is the one thing on which virtually every Filipino can agree.
