Racks Story
Racks was started by auto king Wellington “Willy” Soong in the ’90s and quickly grew to 40 branches. Famous for the hickory smoked, flame-grilled ribs, they became an instant success. In 2006 the Racks brand was sold to Cavallino Inc. (owners of Shakey’s and Dunkin’ Donuts), and ever since, Racks has seen tremendous growth and success.
