EASY PASTRAMI AND PIMIENTO STIR - FRY
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 250g casarecce pasta
- 390g can pimientos , drained , sliced
- 100g pastrami , sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
EASY PASTRAMI AND PIMIENTO STIR-FRY METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and garlic, and cook, stirring, until onions are soft. Add pasta to a large pan of boiling water, boil, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
Add pasta, pimientos, pastrami, and parsley to the onion mixture, and stir until heated through.
