Here's a basic recipe for a non veg platter:

Ingredients:-

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 sausage links
  • 8 oz cold cuts (ham, turkey, or beef)
  • 8 oz cheese (cheddar, gouda, or brie)
  • A selection of crackers, bread, or baguette slices
  • Assorted olives, pickles, and mustard
  • Fresh fruit (grapes, strawberries, or melon)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Grill or pan-fry sausages until fully cooked.
  5. Arrange all the meats, cheese, crackers, and fruit on a large platter.
  6. Serve with olives, pickles, mustard, and any other condiments of your choice.
  7. This recipe serves 8-10 people and can be easily customized to your preferences by adding or removing ingredients.
