  • 8-10 Fresh blackberries
  • 6-8 Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 tbsp Simple syrup or Sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp Club soda
  • 6-8 Ice cubes

  • Muddle the blackberries and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker until well combined.
  • Add the lime juice, simple syrup to the shaker and fill it with ice.
  • Shake well until chilled and strain into a glass filled with ice.
