Chicken Biryani 



How to make Chicken Biryani - चिकन बिरयानी कैसे बनाते है








Ingredients :-

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions :-


1.Rinse the Rice in a fine mesh strainer until the water runs clear.


2.In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until it is softened and translucent, about 5            minutes.


3.Add the garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, paprika, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute,               stirring constantly.


4.Add the Chicken and cook until it is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.


5.Add the rice and stir to coat it with the spice mixture.


6.Add the chicken broth, water, peas, corn, raisins, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low         and cover the pot.


7.Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.


8.Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the cilantro. Serve the biryani hot.
