How to make Cereal - Cereal  कैसे बनाये ?




1  Overnight oats :-

In a jar or container, mix 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy), 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, and any desired mix-ins (such as Chopped Nuts, seeds, dried fruit).
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
In the morning, add a splash of milk and any additional toppings (such as fresh fruit, peanut butter, or granola) and enjoy cold or heated up.


2  Granola :-

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups rolled oats, 1 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts), 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, and 1/2 cup seeds (such as pumpkin or sunflower seeds).
In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup melted coconut oil, 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir until the oats and nuts are evenly coated.
Spread the granola mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola is golden brown.
Allow the granola to cool completely, then stir in 1 cup of dried fruit (such as raisins or cranberries).
Store the granola in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.


3  Hot cereal :-

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring 1 cup of water or milk to a boil.
Stir in 1/2 cup of your favorite type of grain (such as oats, quinoa, or millet) and a pinch of salt.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the grain is tender.
Stir in any desired mix-ins (such as chopped nuts, seeds, or dried fruit) and a sweetener (such as honey or maple syrup) to taste..
Serve hot and enjoy!
