Sauteing Technique Using Cold Oil

Sauteing techniques do not always use hot oil. Sweating is a way of sautéing spices that begins with adding the Ingredients when the oil is not really hot. This method of sautéing is usually used to evaporate the water content in these ingredients, such as when making caramelized onions for burger toppings.

The sweating technique has several tips, starting from the size of the fire used. The stove fire used ranges from small to medium. Because it aims to remove all the water content in the ingredients, it certainly requires a heat that is not too high. This evaporation process takes quite a long time, so if you use high heat, the food turns black because it is burnt.

Those are some tips for stir-frying that a beginner needs to know so that the food served can produce a winning taste and also with excellent quality. Don't hesitate to try it.
