  • 1/2 cup tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Put the oven on to preheat to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large dish, mix together the ground beef with the onion, celery, spices, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a separate dish, combine the milk and eggs and beat them together.
  4. Mix the ground beef with the onion and garlic, then add it to the liquid along with the oil and tomato sauce.
  5. Utilize your palms to combine everything thoroughly.
  6. After shaping the beef into a loaf, place it in a large loaf pan and bake it for one hour. At a minimum of 15 minutes, it should be allowed to relax.
  7. Once it has been drained, the bread should be sliced and served with gravy or tomato sauce on top.
