  5. 1 green chili finely chopped

  7.  One teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  8.  1 teaspoon chaat masala

  1. Make poori for pani puri like this.
  2. Put semolina, salt, flour, baking powder in the bowl and mix it well.
  3.  Now add oil and water as required in the mixture of maida and semolina and also knead it like a roti dough.
  4. After this, cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it for 30 minutes.
  5.  After 30 minutes, make dough equal to one lemon from the dough.
  6. Then roll out thin roti from the dough.
  7. Now with a small lid, also cut round-round pooris from the roti.
  8. Take out these puris and also keep them in a plate.
  9. Similarly prepare puris out of whole dough.
  10. Heat oil in a pan on the gas.
  11. Then put 5 to 6 puris together in hot oil and fry them.

  14. Keep them open till they cool down completely.

  1. Put potatoes, onions, coriander leaves, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt, boiled gram and also red chili powder in the bowl.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3.  Now prepare a paste by grinding mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, tamarind paste, jaggery, green chili, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and also black salt in a mixer.
  4. Mix this paste with 4 cups of water and sieve it.
