How to make Hasselback chicken?

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 6 slice (s) of bacon
  • 100 g parmesan in one piece
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 clove (s) of garlic
  • 2 sprig (s) of rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper


Preparation

Step 1

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts - 6 slice (s) of bacon -100 g parmesan in one piece - 50 g butter - 1 clove (s) of garlic

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top/bottom heat. Cut the chicken breast 1.5 cm apart. Cut the bacon and parmesan into strips approx. 3 cm wide. Melt the butter, peel the garlic, and press into the butter.

Step 2

Alternately insert parmesan and bacon into the slots and then generously coat the chicken with garlic butter. Place the chicken in a greased ovenproof dish and bake for 25 minutes. Brush again with the butter in between.

Step 3

Ingredients:

2 sprig (s) of rosemary

Wash rosemary, shake dry, and chop finely. 5 minutes before the end of the baking time, brush the chicken breast with the butter again and sprinkle with the rosemary.

Step 4

Take the chicken breast out of the oven and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
