Hello mga ka-nation! Share ko lang ang aking luto na Healthy Version na paborito nating mga Filipino ang Menudo. But this time absolutely NO MEAT po tayo, itong dish na ito ay para sa mga beshie natin dyan na vegetarian. Namumukadkad sa dami ng makukulay na Gulay at sariwang kamatis kapalit ng processed tomato sauce para sa natural na lasa.
For the Ingredients:
2 canned mushroom 200g
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 pcs potatoes, cubed
1 regular-sized carrot
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup green peas
1 big white onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tomatoes, ripe
3 pcs kalamansi
2 tbsp peanuts
anatto powder
1 bell pepper
salt
