This snack has a crispy outer coating and a soft inner core, making it ideal for breakfast or as an evening snack. Mysore Bonda is typically served with coconut chutney and, on occasion, sambar.

Ennegai is a vegetarian dish made from eggplant popular in North Karnataka. This dish’s eggplant is prepared in an unusual way. Small tender eggplants are split open and filled with a spicy peanut mixture. After that, the stuffed eggplant is simmered.

Ennegai pairs well with various types of rice and chapati, but it pairs best with Jolada rotti. In Maharashtra, Ennegai is known as Bharli vangi, and in Andra Pradesh, it is known as Gutti Vankaya Kura.

  1. Thatte Idli 

Idli is a popular breakfast in India. It is one of the most popular breakfasts all over the country. Idli has many varieties of creams, chutneys and veggies. The different ways to make idli are very varied, making it one of the most favourite breakfasts in India.

Hence thatte idli is idli in the shape of a disc or a plate. Thatte idli is usually equivalent to 2-3 normal idlis. Thatte idli is also more spongy and porous. It is served along with red, and green chutney or sambar.
