Recipe for sauteed Cabbage, thickened with grated potatoes.

Ingredients:

1 pc of cabbage 2 pcs cheese potatoes bacon salt water for pouring

Procedure:

1. Dice the Bacon and render it
2. Add the chopped cabbage, cover with water and simmer, remembering to salt it lightly
3. Thicken the semi-soft cabbage with potatoes; finely grate the peeled raw potatoes directly into the cabbage, which we’ve juiced
4. 5. The cabbage can be served with, for example, potato dumplings stuffed with smoked meat.
