Sweet and Sour Rice Pan

Roasted strips of back beef mixed together with onions, cooked Rice, raisins and apricot compote.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 250 g of beef butt 250 g rice (cooking bag) 1 tbsp raisins 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp curry 1/2 tsp of curcuma 1 small jar apricot compote 1 piece of onion pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. Cook the rice, according to the instructions on the package, in salted water until tender
2. Heat 1/
2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan or baking dish, fry the strips of meat in it for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove them and put them on a preheated plate
4. Heat the remaining oil and fry the onions in it until golden brown, remove the pan from the stove and dust the onions with curry spices
5. Drain the juice from the apricots and catch it in a bowl, then pour the juice into a clean pan and add the raisins, cook together for 5 minutes
6. Cut the apricots into pieces, add to the pan with the raisins and mix together with the rice and meat, season with turmeric, pepper, salt and curry powder.
