4 salmon fillets 100 g butter 1 pk lemon 1 KL Fish Seasoning to taste salt, ground black pepper
Sauce:
350 g fresh cranberries 200 g sugar 250 ml water
step
1. Wash the fillets, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and leave to stand. Melt half the butter in a frying pan and sear the fillets on both sides. Transfer them to a greased baking dish, sprinkle them with the fish seasoning, put the butter slices on top and put them in the oven. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes. 2. In a deeper pan, bring the water to the boil and dissolve the sugar in it. When it comes to the boil, add the cranberries and bring the Sauce to the boil again. Reduce the heat and simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Blend the sauce with an immersion blender and strain through a sieve. 3. Serve the baked salmon with the cranberry sauce.
