A dish from Chinese cuisine. Instead of Pork, you can also use chopped chicken breast fillets, the preparation of the dish will be shorter.
Ingredients:
500 g
of pork leg
2 dl
leek
pepper strips
oil
salt
Sesame seeds to sprinkle over the finished dish
For the sauce:
3 dl
bone broth
3 tbsp
2 tbsp
of vinegar
1 tbsp
td>salami (starch meal)
1 tbsp
sugar
according to taste wei-su (glutasol)

Procedure:
Slice the pork into noodles, heat the oil in a pot, add the meat, season lightly with salt, fry the noodles on all sides, pour in the stock, simmer over a low flame, stirring and basting occasionally, for about 40 minutes until the meat is tender.
In a second pot, prepare the sweet and sour sauce from the ingredients listed above, cook only briefly until the sauce thickens after adding the starch flour, if the sauce seems too thick, thin it with a little water.
Place soft pork noodles in the sauce, heat briefly.
Serve with Chinese noodles or rice, sprinkle sesame seeds on the plate and garnish with bell pepper pieces.
