The Thick Mexican, a recipe for the legendary burger from Zed Strazak of Sugar Daddy by Bejzment. Prepare a taste of America at home, or go to Zed’s restaurant.
Ingredients:
Range for 4 servings:
600 g
ground beef
200 g
mixed salad
20 g
chilli hair (dried chilli floss)

burger buns

gouda slices
4 pcs
lightly hot peppers
2 pcs
medium tomatoes
1/2 pcs
limes
4 tbsp
chipotle salsa (smoked paprika salsa)
5 ml
olive oil
pepper
salt
Guacamole:
2 pcs
avocado
1 pc
tomatoes
1 pc
chilli pepper
/tr>
1/2 pcs
lime
pepper
salt
Procedure:
Divide meat into 4 equal portions and shape into 1 cm high patties. Season with salt and pepper and place on a hot griddle or grill. Grill for about 2 to 4 minutes on each side, so that the meat is cooked through on top and pink and juicy in the middle.
Place the gouda slices, salsa, guacamole, chili hair and charred peppers on the burgers.
Place the cooked burgers on a bed of lettuce mixed with olive oil, juice of half a lime and seasoned with pepper and salt or salad dressing to your taste.
Guacamole preparation:
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh from the skin with a spoon.
Add the finely chopped seedless tomato, chopped chilli, a splash of lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
