Oven-roasted whole beef sirloin, served sliced very thinly with the juices (in a sauce pan) and Hellmann’s Tartar Sauce Delicatessen, which tastes great.
Ingredients:

beef sirloin (low)

freshly cracked pepper
rosemary seeds
sprouts of thyme

Procedure:
Rinse the turkey, pat dry, cut the fat cover into squares, salt and pepper, rub mustard with ketchup and a tablespoon of oil, sprinkle with herbs and let rest at room temperature for 1 hour
Roast the spinach in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil on all sides (first roast the side with the fat cover)
Place in a baking dish, and place in a preheated oven (at 190 °C) and bake for 35 minutes. The inside will stay pink. After baking, remove from the oven, cover with foil or lid and leave in a warm place (up to 50 °C to rest)
Slice into thin slices and serve with the juices (in a sauce pan) and Hellmann’s Tartar Sauce Delicata, which gives a great flavour to the roast
.Prepare the juice by mixing 2 tablespoons softened butter with 1 aligned teaspoon of plain flour, heat the meat stock on the stove, add 1 dcl water, 3 tablespoons wild cranberries, bring to the boil and stir in the flour butter, simmer gently for about 5-10 minutes, season with salt and pepper as needed.
