Pasta with speck and gorgonzola

Ingredients:

Ingredients (for 4 people): 350 g short pasta from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia 150 g Italian Speck from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia 150 g gorgonzola Brazzale from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia 200 ml cream from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia 1 handful of almonds or pine nuts peanut butter from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia pepper/td> salt

Procedure:

  • Put the pasta on to cook.
  • Dry fry the almonds or pine nuts in a pan.
  • Slice the speck into strips and fry them in a pan in melted butter until crisp.
  • Heat the cream over medium heat and put the diced gorgonzola in it.
  • Mix the cooked pasta with the creamy sauce, top the plate with the crispy speck and toasted almonds or pine nuts.
