Soup is a dish that really takes its time. And try to make it even more delicious. Just roast the Chicken pieces in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes before preparing the soup according to this recipe. Procedure:
In a preheated oven, roast the chicken pieces for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
Place the greens, along with the browned or raw meat and spices, in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, and allow to bubble gently. The broth should boil very slowly, for at least two hours, and if foam forms on the surface, remove it. During the “pulling” process, you can gradually add water.
After 2 hours, but ideally after 4 hours, the broth is ready. Simply strain it out and if you want it cleaner, you can strain it through a cloth and, once cooled, skim off the fat that has settled.
Now you have a clean, thick chicken stock to work with. Season with salt and pepper and add your favourite Vegetable Recipes, noodles, egg rolls, gnocchi or we recommend you try chicken mince dumplings.
