Varied vegetable pot

1 can white Beans 2 pcs onion 2 pcs fresh carrots 750 g potatoes 2 tbsp Flora Gold 500 ml meat broth 1 pcs leek 2 pcs Sausage 4 tbsp parsley to taste salt, black ground pepper

1. Peel and finely chop the onion, carrot, and potato. Cut the leeks and the sausage into rounds. 2. Fry the onions and carrots in the fat. 3. Add the potatoes, pour in the broth and cook slowly covered (10 min.) Then add the cleaned leek cut into rings and the sausage, also cut into rings, cook (5 min.) 4. Finally, just before cooking is finished, add the sterilized white beans and parsley. 5. As a variation we can also use 250g minced meat cooked in oil with minced red pepper and then just add one sausage. Serve with bread.
