ingredients

500 g Kale 40 g bacon 30 g onion 500 g potatoes 30 g fat 40 g plain flour 2 pcs garlic cloves to taste salt,marjoram,ground black pepper

Cut the kale into slices,saute in the rendered bacon and chopped onion,cover with hot water,add salt,add the diced potatoes and boil everything until tender.Prepare a light roux from the flour and fat, add to the kale and boil.Finally add the marjoram, ground pepper and crushed garlic.
