Courgettes with seafood on dill

ingredients

2 tbsp oil 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp Chopped parsley 500 g Seafood to taste salt a little ground black pepper 100 ml white wine 4 pcs zucchini a little dill

procedure

1.

Fry the chopped garlic and parsley in the oil. Add the seafood, season with salt and pepper and pour over the wine. When the wine has partially evaporated, add the sliced courgettes and simmer, covered with a lid, until tender.

Stir in the chopped dill and reheat briefly. Serve on its own or with variously prepared potatoes.
