500 g potatoes 1 dl milk 1 litre water 2 tbsp butter 1 pk egg yolk parsley salt
step
Peel washed potatoes, cut into cubes, cover with boiling salted water and boil until tender. Drain the water from the potatoes and mash the potatoes. Stir in the egg yolk, mashed with the fat, the milk and dilute the mash with the stock from the potatoes to the required thickness. Boil the soup briefly and season with chopped parsley.
