You can bake this easy pastry at the last minute. For holidays, celebrations or just for fun.

Prepare the ingredients for the Dough.

Sieve the flour into a bowl add the rest of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until everything is combined. Then put the dough in the refrigerator to rest for at least 1-2 hours.

Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and divide into two parts.

Roll each part out flat into a rectangle. Spoon plum jam filling + ground walnuts mixed on the bottom part. Cut the top part of the dough with a knife or pastry cutter.

Roll the dough and cut into smaller pieces 4-5cm see photo. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. While still hot coat with icing sugar and vanillin sugar, enjoy.
