3 delicious rainbow recipes for fudge, ice cream and sponge cake roll

A rainbow in the sky always makes us pause for a moment, in which we enjoy the colorful spectacle of nature. The sight of the motley band of light actually puts everyone in a positive mood – unfortunately, a rainbow in the sky is a rare pleasure.

If you feel like rainbows even without the spectacle that the sun and rain conjure up in the sky, it’s time to implement our three sweet recipes. Colorful fudges, a polychrome sponge cake roll or colorful Ice Cream – with these three treats you bring color into your food.

1. Rainbow ice cream

For this you need:

How it works:

2.1 Beat the egg whites with sugar for the sponge mixture. Pour then slowly add the Öl and stir in the end alternately milk and flour gradually. Divide the dough evenly among six bowls and mix each dough differently. Then put each dough into a separate resealable bag.

2.2 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut off a bottom corner of each of the zip bags and place the colored doughs alternately in colored strips on the sheet. Then bake the rainbow sponge cake for 15 minutes at 160 °C convection oven.

How it works:

3.5 After cooling, lift the fudge out of the mold using the baking paper that was previously used to line the mold, and cut it into equal-sized pieces.

Tip: Use a greased knife for cutting, this glides more easily through the mass, so that clean cut edges.
