Potato pancakes stuffed with cabbage and smoked meat.

Ingredients:

1.25 kg of potatoes 400 g of seasoned sauerkraut 400 g smoked pork belly 150 g plain mou 120 g lard 1 dl milk marjoram ground pepper garlic eggplant/td> salt

Procedure:

1. Cook the Smoked Pork Belly until tender and cut into smaller slices
2. Scrape the raw potatoes finely and let them stand for a while until the water rises to the surface, drain the water
3. Bake the dough into potato pancakes and fill each potato pancake with cabbage and put a slice of cooked smoked pork belly on top of the cabbage, fold in half like an omelette and put two pieces per serving.

Recommendation:

The potato pancake can also be filled with browned sausage and sterilized cabbage.
