Spanish Vegetable Paella

Paprika sauteed in onion base with Garlic, tomatoes, spices and rice until tender.

Ingredients:

300 g rice + water 250 g/td> tomatoes 6 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme 700 ml vegetable broth 4 pcs of garlic cloves 2 pcs of bean leaves/td>2 pcs red peppers 1 pcs green peppers 1 pk onions ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Wash the peppers and cut them into strips, peel the Garlic Cloves and onions and chop them finely
3. In a wider pan, fry the onion and garlic in hot oil until golden brown, add the chopped peppers and tomatoes, fry briefly and simmer for about 5 minutes
5. Then add the prepared rice, finely chopped sage, thyme, bay leaf, pour in the hot broth, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes more.

Recommendation:

This recipe can of course be enriched with other Vegetable Recipes, such as broccoli, pickled corn, etc.
