150 g fresh tuna 40 g baby spinach 10 cucumber 1 pk carrot pk sesame seeds
Tuna marinade/h3> 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp ground chili powder 2 pcs spring onions

Recipe straight from Hawaii. Amazing taste of fresh marinated salmon. Great as an appetizer.
1.
First, cut fresh tuna into cubes.
2.
Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients and add the sliced spring onions.
3.
Add the diced tuna to the marinade and mix gently.
4.
Refrigerate the marinated salmon for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavours to combine.
5.
Serve on a plate that we have lined with baby spinach, cucumber and finely chopped fresh carrots.
