1 large cup of white unflavoured yoghurt 2 handfuls of seasonal or frozen small fruit 1-2 tablespoonsmarmelade 1 tablespoon of liquid honey 1 packet of dressed muesli mix other ingredients, for example: chopped almonds, nuts, favorite seeds …

Procedure:

Prepare the snack simply, put jam in the bottom of a jar with a cap, the amount to taste, then pour fresh or even frozen small fruits, then add some yogurt, honey, muesli, again yogurt …

Recommendation:

Yogurt can be further flavoured with chocolate, strawberry or other toppings, chia seeds, mint leaves … or replace yogurt with sour cream, pudding, etc.
